So Crawley is the scorpion & the DC is the frog? Crawley tells the DC he'll cover the deep ball if only he can get on the field. The DC is sceptical, but since neither will succeed without the other the DC starts him for a few games. Crowley gives up bomb after bomb plus a bunch of PIs get called and the DC askes 'Why?'

"Because," says Crawley, " it's in my nature to do so."

So is this how the scorpion & the frog somehow intertwines with Saints football? Otherwise, I don't get it.
