Re: Good game Dallas
both of these defenses played fantastic. guess we're not going to win every slugfest. that said, i'm confident sean will make the adjustments. also, is it just me or did anyone else have a bad feeling from the first offensive possession? not just that the cowboys D was fast and effective, but the body language from our offense just felt off. hope they take some time in the film review to observe how they looked coming out of the huddle, ending plays, etc. this team needs to nurture the vibe they established over the previous 10 games. they'll need it down the stretch.

Re: Good game Dallas
Lost by only 3, we were in the process of getting it together at the end, until 2010-2012 era Drew showed up!
NOTE: tale of two halves....second half the Saints looked much more "normal" to me....just couldn't pull it out. That was a very tough, physical game, and I think the Saints had sorta run out of gas and energy, after 10 high-flying wins. This extra few days' break we have is like a mini-bye, for players to rest and get recuperated. Looking forward to seeing them bounce back. We had been feasting on touchdowns like candy, there was bound to come a game eventually where they'd be hard fought and tough to come by. |

Re: Good game Dallas
Saints defense played frikkin hard last night. They held a damn good Dallas team to 13 points...13. Only the eagles scored lower against us this season. Dallas’s came to play, and that’s what they did. Probably their best game defensively of the season, and we only lost by 3. Saints defense was frikkin awesome in the red zone and against the run. But a few more caught balls by the offense, and a little more effort by the offensive line to protect Brees, and there’s no doubt in my mind that the Saints would have won that game.

A couple of things i was more upset about was the lack of push from the o line and the crappy play calling and that mind blowing int at the end just throw it away, that throw had no chance. |

So today I was going to tune in and watch the Vikings and Patriots just to watch some football, and I could only stomach 5 minutes. Hearing Aikman and Buck *again* freaking agitated me. Had to switch to turning on the radio and turning off the TV.
Seriously Buck is the worst play by play man in the history of sports broadcast. At least top 5. |
