Re: No loss is good, but could this be?
I know this sounds bizarre but I still feel like if that game had been a little bit longer, the Saints would have pulled away and won. With the exception of the ridiculous COME ON MAN interception that Drew threw that ended it for the Saints, of course, that sealed it away obviously. But seriously, the second half momentum looked MUCH more like "warrior Drew" and the regular strength firepower Saints that we're used to seeing out there. You had two really good tough but productive drives for points, in that second half -- whatever Dallas was doing earlier in the game, the Saints were slowly figuring it out and getting past it. It was all the drops and derping around and going scoreless in the first half, that caused the loss. Overall the D played great. When the offense falls asleep for a whole half like that, it can be a long day at the office.
