What I am telling you is that one game does not make a season or career and to stand here and pretend that Peat is not a better LT than the guy we just got off the street is a terrible judgement by you. Peat has filled in at LT multiple times over the last two seasons and he has done really well.

The same and more to be said of the QB we will probably never see again.

Further, there's a reason a QB who hasn't played before in the NFL, switched teams or hasn't played in some time sometimes fairs better for a few games or half a season... it is because there is limited tape for Defenses to pick up their tendencies, etc. That's why there is a sophomore slump. It is not because the QB all of sudden ****s the bed and forgets how to play it is because defenses have a lot of tape to look at and develop specific ways to defend them.

I would never take serious someone looking at one game and asserting that game is indicative of how someone will play next week, next year, etc.

The same goes with an NFL season. You look at the entire body of work. You don't look at each week and decide someone is a SB contender this week, but if they lose next week they're the worst team since sliced bread. That happens far too often. You're doing that here, in my opinion.

Your team stinks

Yea i get the tape stuff i know that rg3 and others but at the same time henikie or however you spell it before him played like a rookie against the falcons three picks and this kid plays against better team and looks ok with half his line starting out and mccaffery out after somedrives and hes still moving the ball with some penalties but still moving none the less, not truly saying hes better than cam i know he isnt but damn

All i was saying is peat is a lg he is not a lt thats why they only put him there when armstead and bushrod is out. Thats from seeing his body of work for years not just one game he is a guard. Yea peat his better than newton at lt but ive seen way worse from of the street lineman is all im saying

Sometimes… You have to crush your enemies where they live!!!

right that's an individual instance verse a collection of data, etc. It is also in a game we are playing like a preseason game. Lastly, that was why I said sometimes, because sometimes those things are true, not always. There are so many factors. I understand he looks decent, but I look at all the factors. Not to imply you don't. I am just speaking about my assessment. I know that if this were two weeks from now and divisional round of the playoffs there'd be about a .1% chance he would look like this. That's all.

Have a good one bro

Your team stinks
