PFF grades Marcus Davenport as NFL's best rookie pass rusher
this is a discussion within the Saints Community Forum; IMO Davenport was still worth going up to get in the draft. Even in limited snaps, he's been as good as advertised. We could be looking at the next Demarcus Ware (Jeff Ireland draft pick while in Dallas) type player ...

IMO Davenport was still worth going up to get in the draft. Even in limited snaps, he's been as good as advertised.
We could be looking at the next Demarcus Ware (Jeff Ireland draft pick while in Dallas) type player in MD. Glad he's a Saint. |

Regardless of comparison we need more time to truly evaluate. This wasn’t a pick for 2018. He has the ability to become a top 10 DE |
