I tend to disagree to an extent. He never had great arm strength. He missed 2 deep balls by a fraction of a second. First throw he was a little off balance and didn't get to step into it. All his other throws are damn near perfect.
When his throws to the sideline and middle are off target and constantly batted down than we can say he's lost arm strength.

Not really. If Drew led him more it would have been fine. Hill had to slow down AND change from a diagonal run to a vertical.
