For the life of me, I simply don't understand why players don't take advantage of the free transportation service the NFL provides. I just can't feel sorry for these guys when the programs/services are readily available 24/7.

Just an awful way to enter Free Agency in a few months.

Simple - Privacy. NFL Players don't want their employers knowing what they do in their off-time nor having it used against them in contract negotiations...

Have heard more than one player state this on sports media...

But, irregardless, with the bank even of a minimal NFL contract pays, Uber or even a hire taxi is well within their means which still reinforces your valid point...

I always get a good laugh at those guys:

I don't want my private life made pubic.....

.....Goes on twitter/instagram and shares all his dirty laundry.

I get the who gets to do it thing, just think its hysterical.
