You say that like Oakland is actively shopping Woodsen. They\'re not. While it may have been discussed, I do not take a Woodsen trade serious, as I don\'t think they are looking to unload him, as to what I\'ve heard.

Gator - the guy had a very good year in 2000 I think. He\'s a pretty-boy and so his ability on the field was highly overrated due to his off the field image. In late 2000 or 2001, again I think these dates are close, he blew out his knee. Since then he\'s returned to mediocrit, maybe less than mediocre since he was rarely better than average and now he has a bum knee.
I think he\'s Kyle Turley... in a different way. He gets too much attention for things not related to football and its a distraction. The guy has his own web site. Frankly, as a corner, Carter, Thomas, Amborse, and Craver could all play ahead of him... maybe even Irvin on a good day. He\'s not worth what he\'s asking and I think his endeavors into the FA market will prove that. |
