David Onyemata arrested for possession of marijuana

Seems only A.Guido and myself understand what actually transpired. He was not "arrested"

METAIRIE, La. -- New Orleans Saints defensive tackle David Onyemata was issued a misdemeanor summons for marijuana possession last week, according to the Jefferson Parish Sheriff's Office.

According to the JPSO, Onyemata's apartment in River Ridge, Louisiana, was searched after a narcotics agent received a reliable tip that a quantity of marijuana products was going to be there. Onyemata was found in possession of marijuana, THC oil, edibles and hemp powder. However, the amount was below the threshold for a more serious offense, and there was no indication that the items were for anything other than personal use.

TAKE NOTE OF THIS PART OF THE STATEMENT "However, the amount was below the threshold for a more serious offense, and there was no indication that the items were for anything other than personal use."

Hopefully the judge throws this out or levy a small fine to 80 grams.

Roger Goddell is the guy I'm more worried about. He'll find a way to sit him down for a few games.

May not happen in time to prevent an Onyemata suspension, if this was his second offense...

I’ve been in Cuba a week and come back to this crap still on the first page.
We get screwed out of a SB and threads about it only last two weeks. A player gets popped for a little pot and it’s a front page post for a month.

If we just legalize pot and put a sin tax on it then we could pay off the national debt. Also, back on topic, Onyamata wouldn't be in trouble...….

Godhell is waiting to see if we find a replacement at DT. If not the he'll get the maximum penalty so Godhell can show that he won't put up with pot smokers......from the New Orleans Saints.
