When the ball is 15 feet away and the defender de-cleats the receiver that is personal safety and should have been keyed in by NY and a foul called since the refs looking at it on the field did not. That's the integrity part and why Goodell looks like a moron.
What if the player sued the NFL and Goodell for these non-calls? Is that even possible?
