Agreed. And you're exactly right, in fact, I'd rather do like New England and have a bunch of mid-salaried guys constantly rotating as is done with Hockey Front Lines - keep those horses fresh...

ProFootballFocus (FWIW) grades him Overall - 69.0; Run 73.2; Pass 58.3; so, he's a NT coming off on third downs, and we just let that walk out the door in Tyeler Davison...

Again, Saints FO must have confidence in the medical reports on Rankins and/or their depth to spell Big "Onye" (Sorry young'ins, Big O is reserved for Oscar Robertson, one of the real all-time greats in NBA)...

This makes the Malcolm Brown signing look even better...
