Dontari Poe will be 29yo in August, a first round selection (11) by KC in the 2011 draft. Per ProFootball Reference, he started all 16 games for Carolina last year (available - √), Nine (9) Solo Tackles, Eight (8) Assists, Four (4) TFL, Three (3) QBHits, One (1) Sk (production - X* as a NT - so he's not a DT3)... ProFootballFocus (FWIW) grades him Overall - 69.0; Run 73.2; Pass 58.3; so, he's a NT coming off on third downs, and we just let that walk out the door in Tyeler Davison... Again, Saints FO must have confidence in the medical reports on Rankins and/or their depth to spell Big "Onye" (Sorry young'ins, Big O is reserved for Oscar Robertson, one of the real all-time greats in NBA)... This makes the Malcolm Brown signing look even better... |
It's not that my way is the right way, I just make the right way my way...

Only a one year deal. Maybe there is depth we haven't yet seen. | |
