Unit analysis: Wide receivers

Team Grade Comment
Rams A Isaac Bruce and Torry Holt have been the NFL's best duo over the past five years.
Lions A- There is more potential than production so far, but this might be the NFL's most gifted group.
Packers B+ If Javon Walker doesn't hold out, the team will be loaded with talent.
Vikings B+ Nate Burleson is the new No. 1 receiver; Troy Williamson replaces Randy Moss' speed.
Saints B+ Joe Horn and Donte' Stallworth are explosive; Devery Henderson must step up.
Cardinals B Anquan Boldin is elite; Larry Fitzgerald could be if his practice habits improve.
Panthers B Steve Smith is back, and Keary Colbert will be a year better. Depth is a concern.
Eagles B Terrell Owens' presence frees No. 2 Todd Pinkston to be a deep threat.
Giants B- Neither Plaxico Burress nor Amani Toomer is a sure thing, but each is tall and talented.
Bears C+ Muhsin Muhammad is a legitimate No. 1 receiver; the rest of the group is young.
Cowboys C+ There's little proven depth behind Keyshawn Johnson, 32, and Terry Glenn, 30.
Seahawks C+ Someone needs to step up to replace Koren Robinson's big-play potential.
Buccaneers C Michael Clayton is a star on the rise, but the rest of the group is full of questions.
Redskins C Santana Moss has to stay healthy; David Patten should provide more speed.
Falcons D Michael Jenkins and Roddy White have potential; Peerless Price has been a bust.
49ers D The team lacks a No. 1; Arnaz Battle and Brandon Lloyd need to develop quickly.
