Agreed spkb25.... If this is the year that Haslett and his coaching staff can finally put all of the pieces together and get these Saints to play up to their talent levels, then more power to him. If not, and we continue to underachieve, then he should get the boot. Plain and simple. I believe that this league should go buy the standard "perform well and get paid well; perform poorly and get the hell out." But thats just my opinion

.. it pains me to say it, but unless the team wins less than 7 games, I don't think Haslett is in any danger of losing his job until the new stadium/relocation business is resolved... Benson needs to keep the status quo...

I agree TR. We'll be talking about this being THE year for Haslett and Brooks until 2010, when a new deal is signed or the Saints leave.
