In that situation when you are under two minutes and need to get down the field, that's when Sean should put Taysom in and let him throw the ball. He seems to have a better arm for the long ball which is needed in those situations than Teddy.

When you are in a 2 minute drill, you don't need someone who can manage the game, you need someone who can throw the ball down field quickly and score. Teddy clearly can't do that.
