CB PJ Williams Suspended Two Games

From the DUI back in January apparently, immediately after the NFCCG.

Think we get to see more CJG or roll with P-roblem. It's a shame as PJ is a good player when hes within 10 yards of the line.

I would imagine PRob gets first crack at the nickel spot now based on experience. I’d love to see what CGJ can do with the opportunity though.

Another thing... I guess this opens up a roster spot for the next two weeks. Wonder what we do with it.

Chris, if Gardner is playing more snaps now than Patrick Robinson, even if it's at safety/rover, I wouldn't be surprised if we saw more heavy nickel and Gardner is the first back in after the base four...

We play more nickel and dime than base sets, with the only exception being this past week versus the Moustache de Jacksonville and his Jaguars features one-way Fournette...

Update: And the local committee and All Saints Football Goodness seems to concur...

But he was playing solid when he departed; became the top-rated slot CB with the Eagles; resigned with us and was our top rated CB last year until he was injured, lost for the season...

He's had more time to heal, get stronger, so factor that before idly dismissing his contribution...

JP, he was injured in game 3. We were TORCHED by the Bucs in week 1. I'm just not wiling to call him the best anything until he shows he's all the things you hope he is.
