Just got back from camp
My son and I went to camp today and had a blast despite the stinking heat. Real good turnout.
The team looked good overall though they were just guys in shorts so hard to tell much. Deuce looked great. After practice he stuck around running routes. Like that kind of commitment. Hard to tell how many tons Sullivan weighs. Seemed like he did a lot of standing around. The QBs looked good despite ABs two fumbled snaps . The real fun begins after practice though. My son took pictures with A-Mac and Horn. Joe signed my son's #87 jersey. He also signed my cell phone. Loved that! I used to have a Sprint phone now i'm on "Hollywood" wireless 8) . About 25 players signed for fans today including Joe, Bullocks and A-Mac. Everyone reported also which is great. We're getting closer guys! Man, I'm so hyped. |

Sorry to see Brooks didnt work on his hand skills over the offseason. Hey Aaron, maybe if you would shake hands with the fans during the offseason, you know, building muscle in your hand, you wouldnt drop the football.

Sounds like you had a pretty good time... I'm planning to go either Wednesday or Thursday next week. If anyone is planning to go on either days, let me know. It would be nice to put at least one name to a face.

RE: Just got back from camp
Question: is this just an AB problem? Are other QBs taking snaps from Bentley also and not having problems? Last year a lot was made of this being Bentley's problem, but if other QBs aren't experiencing the same fumblitis that AB is with Bentley, then maybe it's Brooks.

I didn't mean to make fun of AB. I've done enough of that in the past.
His passes yesterday were freaking lasers for the most part. He looked really good. Devery still needs to learn how to catch a football. He was frustrating to watch at times. Oh, to say that A-Mac runs really fast is a huge understatement. He tucked and ran a number of times. Much more than the other 3 QBs. Looked to me as if he was having trouble finding recievers during his progressions. Give him time though. He looks like a special player. He was really nice to my son also. |
