The NFL owes me a workout, too. I stand for things I believe in (rather than kneel, and pretend to believe in something), and I'm pretty sure I can manage to be terrible at playing quarterback.

Sign me. Or I will sue, and then get a bunch of money from Nike for doing nothing. I'll do commercials where I'm walking around, while a narrator talks about what I've "sacrificed", as I rake in my millions for doing this stupid commercial, and being a terrible QB.

I'm glad the Saints won't be taking in this dog and pony show.

He’d be a good fit anywhere willing to adapt their offense to him in the same fashion that Baltimore did for Lamar. I’d like to see what he can do in Pittsburgh.

Why would they go? They have a hall of famer starting, a backup who just won 5 straight, and the third string guy is an offensive wildcard. What would they do with him?

They could make him the permanent holder. He'd get to do his favorite thing in the world for the rest of his career... Kneel.

Protesting police brutality and inequality. Right. But you sure took that big paycheck when you settled your suit. What a douche. I never liked Kap. Then when he came up with this bs reason why he was kneeling when he was just being a baby because he got benched...I really wish he'd go away. What a fraud.

Below a 60% completion percentage
Less than 180 yards per game passing
.482 winning percentage
And my favorite...Benched for Blaine Gabbert

Even without the drama, he's a crappy quarterback

What are you talking about, little fella? Speaking facts about the fraudulent, crying little weasel that Kap is, is what YOU consider crying?

I'm glad you don't post here often, because when you do, it's always something dumb.

The only little fella is the one between your legs....a joke just like you. You've cried about the big bad football player in every Kaep thread. The false narrative you speak is tiring. Anytime you are going to throw your opinion that no one cares about, I'm going to continue to give you what you deserve.

It fine you think my posts are dumb. We all have opinions. Opinions are just like buttholes......we all have one, and they all stink.

Now Tito, bring this baby a tissue.

This post is very misleading in different ways. It's cool if you don't like him, but at least tell the whole story.

You are just precious. What's your name, little guy? Where are your parents? Here, take my hand, I'll walk you back to them. Little fellas like you shouldn't be wandering around in discussions where you don't belong.

I have ignored 90% of the Kap threads on here. I had things to say in the beginning of his whole saga, and then I pretty much stayed away from it. So, speaking of false narratives, you just made one right there.

My "narrative", on the other hand, is not false. It is rooted in fact. Statistics directly refute the narrative Kaepernick invented, and his story about this whole "protest" even BEING a protest was invented by either himself, or people around him, after he was caught sitting on the bench, pouting during the anthem before a game, because he had lost his starting job. Everyone jumped on his case for that, and so out came this pathetic excuse, and people like you were, and still are, ignorant enough to believe it.

And it's funny how you think no one here cares about my opinion. Because, if you'll just take a quick look around at some of the comments people have posted in this thread, and other threads about Kap, you'll see that the vast majority of us are in agreement with each other. So much for that, huh?

When all else fails? What failed? Your ability to comprehend that Colin Kaepernick is a complete fraud, because your ignorant, liberal ears are painfully sensitive to the slightest hint of truth?

And calling you "little guy" has nothing to do with my presumption of your age. Given your attitude in your posts, and seeing as how you are obviously liberal, you could be 12 or just as easily 100. It makes no difference with folks like yourself. It's the "little man" comments you make. Mocking me and saying "Jesus isn't smiling on you" because you don't agree with my opinion. Those are comments that little kids make when they are too dense to think of a substantive reply.

Understand now?

Why is a player who's been out of football as long as he has been even being considered as capable to play now?

I want to see the kind of offense Bill Bellichick would build around someone of his skill set. Bill wants to go two and three TE’s and run the ball down the throat of the defense. Kap could do that. He’s not as accurate as Lamar because he lacks touch, but this is a new league. They’re finally realizing you can do things multiple ways. College might actually be more innovative offensively than the NFL. The option and **** like that can definitely work if you do it every and now and then instead of every play like ARMY and NAVY back in the day.

When it comes to a QB like Kap, I don’t see how the forums can champion Taysom Hill when he’s practically the same player. Taysom is seemingly getting better at throwing in his 30’s, so why couldn’t Kap? What makes him incapable? These opinions of him are rooted more in politics than in football. He kneeled. He protested. He does what he does for the community. It’s documented. Let it be.

Taysom Hill turned 29 this year, so he isn't in his 30's.

I honestly never saw Kap as a Lamar Jackson type talent. I'm not sure if he could be successful in that same offense. Kap's strength as a runner came more from his straight line speed. The RPO was such a new thing to NFL defenses at first that he gashed teams. In time teams started to figure out ways of taking parts of that game away and forced him to try to beat them with the pass. As you pointed out, that was his weakness and eventually cost him his job.

Lamar, on the other hand, has the shiftiness of a RB and can still throw accurately from either in the pocket or on the move. Kap was always more angular, and while more allusive than most QB's, no where near as elusive as Lamar, or for that matter, Deshaun Watson or Kyler Murray.

I agree with that assessment of his agility. He definitely isn’t shifty like the guys you mentioned. Maybe a better comparison would be Cam Newton, another QB with accuracy and touch issues who went to a Super Bowl. I guess what I’m saying is if the ingredients are right he can be successful in the league. He’s talented enough to start in the NFL. He always was. No one can convince me he wouldn’t be better than Mason Rudolph or Jeff Driskel.

I'll agree on Rudolph and Driskel, but Newton also had the build of a middle linebacker. He ran over and through people. Kap certainly can't play that game.

Kap isn’t exactly small either though.

6’4” 230 lbs.

That’s solid. Just an inch shorter and 15 lbs. lighter than Newton.

It's because he changed the narrative about him pouting when he got benched. He is trying to convince people that it is a moral issue and not his sense of morality. He is a cry baby that wasn't that good to begin with. He has done a wonderful job of misrepresenting the facts to suit himself.

He reminds me of a black Trump. Never admit guilt. Keep in the public eye whatever it takes. See. It has nothing to do with color and everything to do with perception and building it around whatever lies best fit your scenario.

You think he'd last as long as Newton playing the same type of game? Newton is a freak and it has still taken a major toll on his body. I get where you're trying to go, but put Newton and Kap side by side in a pair of shorts and tell me which one you would rather be hit by. :D
