RE: Wanting Glover back?

He's on the bench... is that the ONLY argument you can make? ALL AND I MEAN ALL of the stats disprove everything you say. Why don't you show me an article saying how one dimensional Glover is from Oakland's staff, New Orleans' staff, and the Cowboys staff? If Glover is 1 dimensional... what does that make of every other player I've listed? When the Cowboys LEAD the league in defense in 2003 running a 4-3 defense... I'm pretty sure they weren't saying anything bad about him. He was a stud here in New Orleans and we couldn't afford to keep him because of his asking price. He played 2 games as a rookie in Oakland before going to NFL Europe which helped him become a superstar at his position.

Let's just throw out all his ProBowls and statistics out the window... yea he sucks. You win. Obviously you are the only one who thinks so... did I mention how you make it into the ProBowl. Oh yea, I already did... you just couldn't process it. I'm done with this thread... I don't enjoy talking to people who I have to bring myself down to talk to and yet they still don't understand. Hooked on phonics did not work for you. I'd S U E... (no that's not a name silly boy) F O R Y O U R M O N E Y B A C K. Is it easier for you to read when I T Y P E L I K E T H I S? It should be... you'll be able to sound it O U T B E T T E R and M A Y B E Y O U M I G H T E V E N U N D E R S T A N D S O M E O F I T. Don't try to say it all at one time... it's not one big word.

I'm done with this thread... sorry shouldn't happen again. I'll just ignore from now on... reading his threads make me feel "not bright" anyways.

RE: Wanting Glover back?

And still your only argument... sad. As he ignores the 5 straight ProBowls, numbers better or as good as all the premier defensive tackles in the league... while he contradicts himself by saying stats speak volumes. Amazing... I am truly stupid for continuing to waste my time.

Are you talking to me or Bill Parcells?/! Are you calling Parcells stupid? Cause as long as i've been watching football; if you have a dominant player you construct around him, if he was as dominant as you say, the Cowboys wouldn't be changing to a 3-4. He'd be to valuable to take off the field. Hopefully the light will come-on for you with this post, but I doubt it.
Think hard about that quote and what your response was. You got from me calling myself stupid into that. Amazing... 1+1 = 3. I've hit a new low folks, I'm beyond stupid... I'm hitting retardation. You win hands down... I give up *waves the white flag* I'm sorry for wasting my time talking to you.

RE: Re: RE: Wanting Glover back?

Wow...

BonB is your argument against Glover that he is on the bench and therefore is not a good player? Nevermind the fact that the defensive scheme has changed and Glover doesn't work in the scheme...

He has been to 5 consecutive Pro Bowls. More than ANY PLAYER on the Saints' roster. Jim Haslett said a couple of years ago that the single biggest mistake that he regretted most since coming to New Orleans was allowing La'Roi Glover to leave via FA. So what's your next argument as to why Glover isn't maybe the single most talented DT to EVER play in New Orleans? I have a hard time not putting him up there with Wilks, Warren, and Martin... but maybe you feel Sullivan is a better option. LOL

What part of 08's posts are you two having the hardest time deciphering? Knock it off.

Yeah seriously...

I love how guys always have to say "this is beneath me" (while ending it with a subtle, and sometimes not-so-subtle insult). This has the benefit of claiming to want to end the argument, while trying at the same time to keep it going.
