RE: THINKING ABOUT WHAT SULLY SAID, I JUST HAVE TO LAUGH....

He probably really does dream about BK, Micky D's, Hardee's, Carl's Jr, White Castle, Krystals, Whataburger, Wendy's, In n Out Burger, Dairy Queen and these are only some of the burger joints. I started feeling bad when I began typing all those places for burgers, I'm going to get some NOW, can't help myself..............

HELP ME!

Right - b/c the fast food joints are the only places you find unhealthy and fattening food in New Orleans. LOL

And why isn't Camellia Grill on that list. You think there's a better place to get a burger in New Orleans? No way.

I'm just glad we're hearing positive things about Sully. He probably knows that guys like McKenzie and Dwight Smith will stay on his ass if they see him dragging. Plus....how can you NOT play harder, having 2 of the best DE's in football playing next to you?

Port of Call - over on Esplanade right there on the border of the Quarter and da Faubourg (Marigny that is). No never heard of it. LOL. Sure, been there a lot.

Camellia Grill (or just "the grill" as we call it b/c once you've been there it's pretty much the only place you'll ever go again worthy of the title "grill") is on Carrollton Ave near the river (in riverbend) just about where Carrollton hits St. Charles. It's open pretty much all the time (I think it only closes from 3 or 4 am to like 6 or 7 am). It's a true short-order grill. Everyone sits on stools and eats at the counter, waiters in white uniforms... my buddy and I used to go there so often they still know us by name (and that was 8 years ago now). We totally got overserved on everything and it wa awesome. If you ever go, see if you can top our record. Each guy had a bacon double cheeseburger, dressed, our own plate of chili cheese fries, our own plate of onion rings, a chocolate freeze (milkshake essentially), and a piece (it was actually more like 1/3 of the pie) of chocolate pecan pie a la mode. I went into a coma for a week after that meal... but it was totally worth it.
