Drew Brees and the Saints are ready to up the ante.

A third-straight NFC South title has been wrapped up. Next on the list is a second straight No. 1 overall playoff seed in the NFC, a goal New Orleans can get closer to accomplishing on Sunday when the San Francisco 49ers visit the site of their last Super Bowl appearance.

“We all know what this game means,” Brees said.

And so do the Niners, who had the inside track to the top seed until they lost last week at Baltimore.

“The more you win, the more people like to say, ‘Isn’t it easier or more relaxing now that you have a good record?'" Niners coach Kyle Shanahan said. “It’s totally opposite. The more you win in this league, the harder it gets."

Good Morning Saints fans! Niner fan here. I come in peace and just want to say what a great season the Saints are having this year! Respect your team and know this will be a hard-fought battle to the end. I wish you all nothing, but the best and here's to a good game and the most important no injuries.

No matter the outcome no, **** talk will happen from me if we lose I will always be back to give you props and should the niners win I will not rub it in not my style as anything can happen on any given Sunday.

We have to use a lot of jumbo packages. 6 O-Linemen and Taysom Hill as an H-Back for a lot of the game. Don’t abandon the run.

We have two of the best tackles in the league and a rookie center who is already one of the best in the league. The amount of slobbering over how their D-Line is going to dominate us is baffling.

This is a real match up of equals more or less.

This game is a real test for Saints today.
Winning it can really give them much needed momentum, being game of the week on the shows, etc.

I am going to miss watching it today. I am going to catch it rerun during the week on NFLNetwork. I hope it is on and on late .

The 49ers don’t have much at WR. Latt and Apple can lock up Emmanuel Sanders and Deebo Samuel... Gives us the ability to dedicate a little extra attention to Kittle.
