I could make some guesses as to what was behind that, but there's no point in that. All I know is he came out yesterday looking like the same Kamara we've seen for weeks, and had that play where he just gave up and went out of bounds. And, as I said in an earlier post, you could see Drew was not pleased, and I think there was probably a "spirited" conversation on the sidelines, afterwards, because it was after that point that a light just seemed to come on and he looked like his old self again. To me, that is a sign that there was more than just an injury holding him back. There was a lack of focus/fire, for whatever reason, and he just needed something to get him back in gear. I realize this is just speculation on my part, but I think basic understanding of human nature and seeing how that switch suddenly flipped makes it a plausible theory. |
