I have no doubt we are a better team. My doubts lie with officiating.
My thoughts exactly. With fair refs we destroy them. The only problem is we have been officiated fairly twice all year.

I want it to be snowy, I want there to be large accumulations on the ground. Make the temp 12 below or some ****. I never want to hear again we can't play outdoors.

Only problem with this is if we were to lose, Vikes would go to San Fran not GB.
But that aint happening.
If everything goes like I see it, we will win big and play GB and Seachickens will win and have a rematch with San Fran where they will win and allow us to host the NFC Championship game against them after we take care of the pack.

Nothing makes me more annoyed than the way the media puts an asterisk on everything we do. We can't play outdoors, we are only a dome team, we couldn't win if we didn't play with the Super Dome crowd. I want all of our doubters to collectively **** themselves in the upcoming weeks.

Re: Two week weather forecast for Green Bay

Ramczyk will have his hands full with Hunter and Griffen is no slouch either on Armstead's side. Linval Joseph hasn't been as disruptive this year up the middle as he has been the past couple of seasons. Other than Joseph - their DTs are young and inexperienced to play in the environment they'll have to play in on Sunday.

Kendricks abd Barr are good all-a-round LBs who can blitz, contain, cover and tackle as good as any in the league. They've been really effective at creating turnovers this season, but Kendricks suffered a thigh injury in the GB for which he had to leave the game, so he could still be dealing with that this Sunday.

Harris and Smith are as good of a safety tandem you'll find in the league, but their CBs are the weak link of that defense. Rhodes has been a shadow of his former self this season. He's always been handsy, which result in a lot of holding and interference calls, but he has lost a lot of his athletism, which used to more than make up for his weaknesses. Rhodes has been dealing with a lot of small injuries during the season. Trae Waynes on the other side isn't much better - he hasn't lived up to his draft status. Last season was good for him, and it seemed he'd finally turned the corner, but he has regressed once again this season. Waynes is athletic, but covers as badly as Apple. Hughes in the nickel is their best corner, but he isn't a finished product yet.

Zimmer is one of the best defensive coaches in the league, and their defensive performance will go a long way which n determining the outcome of the game.

The offense is what it is, but the injury Thielen has been dealing with has affected the pass offense quite a bit, and the same can be said about Cook (and Mattison) and the run game.

They have a good pair of TEs in Rudolf and Irv Smith Jr. Smith Jr was the Vikes' 2nd round pick this past draft - his dad was a 1st round pick for the Saints back in 1993 at the same position.

They also picked a center in the 1st round in Bradbury and I think the Saints got a better player in Erik McCoy in the 2nd round. Cousins and Bradbury have had a lot of awkward snaps during the season, which have caused even fumbles and sacks.

Their O-line has been improved from past seasons, but it's nowhere near the level of the Saints' line in either pass or run blocking.

Cousins is hot & cold and to be honest - he has taken a lot of the enjoyment out of watching the Vikes play for me. I wouldn't even discuss the leadership of Cousins in the same discussion with Brees'.

Stefanski hasn't impressed me as a 1st year offensive coordinator, but he is an improvement over some of the past coordinators like Norv Turner, Shurmur and Filippo who he replaced last season - having Kubiak as the special assistant has probably helped with the offensive planning.

If Cook is healthy along with Thielen - their offense can put up some points and control the time of possession.

It won't be an easy game and the Saints really needs to focus on game planning and execution on Sunday in order to even make it to Lambeau.

The weather looks very good but cold.
Because the rested a significant number of key starters. They'll be hungry.

Re: Two week weather forecast for Green Bay

Meh ..

I'll never under estimate an opponent but the Vikings are in trouble on Sunday. The Saints are getting hot at the right time, AK is getting his MOJO back (he'll go nuts in the playoffs) our O line is HEALTHY and Cook has become another weapon for Brees in this offense.

After that s*** show Kurt Cousins put on MNF, he ain't winning a big playoff game and history says he does not shine when a "must win" is on the line.
