Robinson is getting cut.

That alone gives us 22m in space.
Rankins isn’t getting cut...traded...maybe. You still have no QB, need a #2 WR. If you get rid of Kiko you need two LBs at a minimum.

Cap will definitely be an issue this offseason.

You can replace Kiko with a rookie. He is not worth 6m.

Kiko has a torn ACL now too so he definitely won’t be in the equation. I’d definitely entertain trade offers for Rankins.

Yeah I just saw your post. He is definitely gone now. Bad time to tear an acl for him with no guaranteed money on his deal.

I don’t know if it was scheme for Lattimore or if he was just having a bad game but he just looked so frustrated yesterday.

Latt gave up on one play that’s why he was disgraced after that catch and that 43 Marcus Williams was no help at all on top of bomb to thielin. He were looking at theilen instead of tracking ball he just sucked bad.

Whoever replaces him will probably be a starter. If he was able to come in a start right away that says something about our current talent at the position. I’m not saying he is worth 6M especially after another ACL injury and if we don’t bring AJ back then we would have only one LB that we can depend on to play and that’s Davis. Alex is always injured, Craig isn’t the answer and we only have 5 picks, with no 2nd rd.

We can’t replace everyone with draft picks

Not looking good at all... big changes needed and the cap situation is just more of a reason why we can’t bring back Drew... going to need a somewhat cheap QB to clear the balance sheet for next year. I think Taysom can be re-signed for a reasonable amount, then draft a rookie QB. We don’t need extra offensive weapons, we need a QB that can throw on a rope more than 10 yards.

Saints need a legit #2 WR bad. Struck out on Cameron Meredith, Dez Bryant, Rishard Matthews and acquiring one at the deadline this year.

The bad news is the solid FA WR's will command alot, Aj Green, Emmanuel Sanders. Amari Cooper even Robby Anderson will get overpaid.

I would take a flyer on Perrriman as a speedster Ginn replacement.

Teddy Bridgewater will account for $4 mil in dead cap.

We can cut Janoris Jenkins and save $11.25 mil with no dead money. Or, we can extend him and knock down that $11.25 mil cap hit by quite a bit. Problem is, he turns 32 next season. How much do you want to invest in a 32 year old CB?

Same issue with Larry Warford. He has a $12.875 cap hit next season (last year of his deal.) Do we extend him at 29 years old? Cutting him frees up $8.5 mil but then we’re left having to replace both our LG and RG.
Would love to replace, upgrade Warford with Brandon Scherff...
