2020 NFL Free Agency: New Orleans Saints
this is a discussion within the Saints Community Forum; I really thought Onyemata was a goner. I can’t help but wonder if this means Rankins is on the trade block now....

I don't think we should extend Rankins. Had one great year then got hurt. After injury he was average at best. Saints have good depth at tackle position. Disruptor on D-line couldn't hurt but I don't think Rankins is the answer long term.
