Re: 2020 NFL Free Agency: New Orleans Saints

My FA needs... also Draft needs...

DT:
Need a big powerful DT that has pass rushing ability. We saw late in the year the pass rush declined considerably. Throughout the year there wasn't much pressure up the middle and that needs to change.

WR:
This one is obvious. Even with my anti-Brees mentality I understand we have one of the worst WR corps in the league. We need a solid rout runner that is a hands catcher. A big body WR wouldn't hurt here either.

O-Line:
Peat is awful and shouldn't return. We need a replacement that has quick feet and understands the zone blocking scheme.

LB:
I hope AJ comes back, but even if he does it's unlikely that Alex stays healthy so we need another young fast LB here. Coverage skill is a plus, but I would like to see some pass rushing ability as well.

The Saints are 0-42 when running the ball less than 15 times in a game.

Washington (Seahawks) Florida (Jaguars, Bucs, Dolphins) Texas (Texans and Cowboys) With the move by Raiders to Nevada that makes 7 NFL teams in states with no income tax.

Alaska, Florida, Nevada, South Dakota, Texas, Washington, and Wyoming.

I would take Campbell over Martinez. I think he would be a better compliment to Davis.

I beg to differ. Warford is a wink link and needs to be upgraded....maybe next year. Your right about Peat though. The Pillsbury dough boy is all but gone. Oh wait, he's already cleaned out his locker. He's soo gone!

A veteran name that hasn't been mentioned a lot ...

Breshad Perriman - WR BUCS

Becomes a UFA in March. As a #3 WR in Tampa, he ended the season with 645 yards/6 TD's. BP is a big target & has a nice catch radius. He could help out Brees on some of those contested passes .. something Tre/Ginn failed (high point/win 50 balls) to do all of 2019.

IMO his skills are quite possibly better than any kid coming of the draft. Perriman wouldn't be a costly move either.

E Butler, Jordan Humphrey are BIG guys but require more polish.

Don't know about him as most of those numbers came in garbage time, and he was the third option on a team that featured two All-Pro caliber WRs...

In his case, you'd really, really have to get in the tape and watch it all...

Signing Eric Berry would shore up safety should Vonn Bell prove too expensive...
