It's going to be extremely difficult for Jacksonville to compete when you continuously lose YOUNG, ascending players every season off your roster. |

I'm not sure they've got the right defensive coaches right now and that will likely cost Marrone his job this season, unlike Payton, he didn't put a trophy in the case and doesn't enjoy that leverage, tenure... Really thought Marrone would've tried to hire away Mike Nolan to build the defensive coaching staff there as DC, but Nolan had history with McCarthy and that fraternal connection is a big deal in the NFL landscape... |
