2020 NFL Free Agency: New Orleans Saints
this is a discussion within the Saints Community Forum; I still think we need another corner back. But we might be saving that money to re-sign core players to a new contract. But that leaves me feeling mighty uneasy about what happens if one of our starters go out. ...

I still think we need another corner back. But we might be saving that money to re-sign core players to a new contract. But that leaves me feeling mighty uneasy about what happens if one of our starters go out. We need another corner back who can carry the load if a starter goes down because then the DC will target him all game long.

Glancing at the current roster thus far ...
All Pro return man, All Pro punter, solid special team unit .. all super important as you enter post season. On paper, it's shaping up to be a loaded Saints roster. |

If Cowboys get further in playoffs with Griffen, unfortunately KMajor will have called another missed FA opportunity, and he won't be happy about being right on this one either...
And if that's the case, then the heat needs to be turned up on Fontenot, VP/Asst GM of Pro Personnel for being a year late, again, as well as Sean Payton... |
