He said exactly the same thing the last two years. What's the difference. He said he was going to give it time to wind down just like usual.

I would love to see how a 2 Qb system for just a year . If anyone can make that work for a year it’s Payton.

I do too. Although, hopefully not too early. I'd rather have players that can start right away and contribute while we still have the window for success open with Brees. Although, we really do need a backup QB so that Taysom can be used where he is most valuable ... as an all round weapon.
