That's right. Bruce, not Brad.

I trust my eyes. He played better this year than last. Still not where he was prior to the Minnesota breakdown but he's getting back to form. Stephone Anthony on the other hand is mind blowing.

And our other SS Vonn Bell ... IMO he's a must re sign.

Hopefully he's offered a reasonable/fair market deal this off season by the Saints.

Have some different takes on Marcus Williams...

First, that he's not clutch. Well, let's look back at that infamous 2017 Saints @ Vikings playoff defeat; remember that game we were getting handled, then the turning point came with an interception made by...

Second, in that same game, just before that last fateful play, a DC and Coach give instructions to their rookie secondary to avoid the PI calls. Mind you, rookies rec'd in game instructions to avoid the PI...

Love to have a Time Bubble where I could witness what was and wasn't said by the coaches as I suspect there likely was coaching communication errors that contributed to that final play...

And as I'll beat the proverbial horse on this - keep in mind, there was no pass rush to limit the time for Case Keenum to heave the ball downfield unencumbered...

Sadly, all Mr. Marcus' play since that fateful gaffe has been viewed through that one event, so there's a lot of pressure on himself and externally to make a play that redefines his legacy here...

For my money, I've seen a solid safety constantly improve, develop as one of the top safeties in the league and feel Vonn Bell is much easier replaced (i.e. Gardner) on this roster than Williams would be...

Bell is underrated and rarely ever gets the credit he deserves.

Key word here is "coaches". What is communicated in these situations. Those errors have cost us chances to advance.

Vonn Bell was incredible all season and our D struggled when he got injured.

If its between Vonn and Marcus, then send Williams packing.

Didnt Brees called Marcus "Ed Reed-like" in Training Camp once....

Lol This is one of my gripes. They both play safety — that’s as close to Ed Reed as he ever will be.

You don’t just throw names around, there’s certain expectations that come with a comparison like that.

Marcus, if for some reason you’re eating lucky charms in your bath robe and reading this...I’m sorry bud. Picking off Jameis Winston isn’t going to put any busts in Canton.
