I didn’t know Saints signed him. He reminds me of a bigger Willie Snead.

Interesting... so those extra two spots have to be practice squad players that can be called up.

Apparently. Given you only have two "free" call ups per individual they may be used sparingly. Unless you have injury concerns the normal game week roster may continue to be 53 with fewer inactives on game day.

Juwan Johnson (UDFA 2020) - WR

Big guy, borderline TE profile who excels in the blocking dept. Brandon Coleman clone perhaps?

One of these guys (undrafted) will really have to stand out at camp to have a shot.

I watched some of WR Maurice Harris’s clips from his time with the Redskins. He looks like the type of WR who will excel at finding the sweet spots in zone coverage in the middle of the field. He doesn’t get much separation vs man coverage but he has really good hands to make contested catches with DB’s draped over him.
