Cam J needs help coming off the edge. Signing a mid/lower tier DE (think Okafor) in Free Agency would help our depth & rotation. |

The former group of big, strong tend to have longer careers than the latter speed guys mainly due to age plus wear & tear; my concern with Quinn is that he'll be 30 this season... Epenesa is very much like the big and strong type of lineman that Cam Jordan is and that's why I'm seeing in rankings and mocks there's a chance he could fall to us which presents an intriguing situation... |

Carl Nassib has had at least 6.0 sacks in his two seasons with Tampa Bay and is comparable in build to Davenport, and we currently have this performer in Hendrickson... Emmanuel Ogbah had 5.0 sacks in ten games for the Chiefs, but has been unable to be available, so is signing a guy who likely won't be around in the playoffs really productive? Then there's the curious case of 49ers FA Ronald Blair who's had some success in limited reps on a talented 49ers defensive line. Is the success due to surrounding talent (Bama effect) or is there value? |

RLB (4) 56 - DeMario Davis, 54 - Chase Hansen, 51 - Colton Jumper (ERFA 2020), 50 - Andrew Dowell (RFC 2020)
MLB (4) 47 - Alex Anzalone, 54 - Kiko Alonso, 52 - Craig Robertson, 55 - Kaden Elliss DD and Robertson are the only guys we can count on (health) at LB on Sundays. If Patrick Queen (LSU - LB) slides down the draft board, would you? |

Love Queen and I like Murray, but the premium positions in this league right now is QBs, CBs, WRX, DEs, and I believe you're right that we need that third DE or CB2 a helluva lot more than a LBer... I'd rather not risk a Day 1 or early Day 2 pick on a LBer (Simmons would be the exception), but have plenty of late Day 2 and Day 3 picks to try to find those quick former SS converted to LBer types... |
