True Dat! But it looks like we are going all in this year. Drew might have two years left in him so I don't want to break up the band next year because of an over priced free agent we sign this year.

If Payton is to be believed and Taysom is legit, he also will need a contract... And then there's Ramczyk, Lattimore, Mr. Marcus, Anzalone, Hendrickson, among others... With the Onyemata signing, believe Rankins is done after this season as a Saint... |

And win or lose, I fully expect Brees to return unless something dramatic happens and he no longer loves the game or he suddenly can no longer perform at a high level. I can't see either of these being a factor yet. |

I have a feeling there are going to be a lot of short term contracts next year. Mega deals will be put off by teams and players alike. Grass will not look near as green on other teams. Once again, you cannot count on anything basing it upon the past. |
