It is fairly bad form to release someone else's compensation. Romo is employed by CBS not the NFL and has zero cap or CBA.

Its really no ones business what he makes.

This is why I always said to not worry so much about personality when it comes to these players, because if you knew them, you probably wouldn’t like them. Most of the forum disagrees with my stances and ideology, while cheering for players that would align themselves with me 7 days out of 7. Just assemble the right talent. **** personality. With that said, he’s right. Shout out to my boy Mike!

I agree more often than not with what you contribute here. However, I disagree with MT on this one. Networks pay money. Teams pay money. But neither is directly connected.

There is plenty of room for everyone to make money in and around the NFL enterprise. With his ability to predict and explain plays Romo is arguably the best. Guys like Joe Buck and even Troy Aikman don't come close. IMO, Romo makes the game more watchable.

Besides that, he's in demand (just like MT) and so CBS paid for his services. This is big for a network that shells out a billion in programming rights. Could you imagine what Monday Night Football would pay not to have Booger and Tesitore limp across 4 hours of live football anymore?

When MT tweets this out he only sounds immature and jealous.

I can’t lie, I’d be mad too if I had to fight for $15 million from the league when Romo just got $17 million to commentate on it.
