Just finished the Easter egg hunt in the backyard with the kids and I’m seeing the sad news for the first time. Can’t believe we lost another good one. I really thought everything would be ok. I don’t really know what to say because I’m in disbelief. I’m so sorry everyone who is family or friend to FF.

Im so sorry to hear about his passing. Though i never met him i consider him a friend cause we shared a common interest in the saints. He’s in a better place now without pain. I will still pray for his family especially in this tough time ahead. I will miss you, chief.

I'm truly at a loss for words as I read the passing of FF, our brother here on the fantastic B&G forum. So many memorable cat post(s), gifs, memes, so many laughs.

I bet FF never met a stranger. Great sense of humor, the ability to make people laugh ... even when they probably didn't want to.

My deepest condolences go out to the entire family. Know that I'm thinking about him and will miss his posts. FF had a terrific character and big heart.

I hold this community dear to my heart as it is apart of my daily routine..

I thought I might find something eloquent to say, but words escape me. I can only echo the comments of so many others. Though I didn't know him personally, it still feels like losing a family member. My prayers and heart go out to his wife and family. In these current times it's even more difficult losing a loved one. May God wrap them in his arms and surround them with the peace that surpasses understanding. I'm thankful he got to go home before the end. I'd hate to think of him dying alone in a hospital.

FF, you will be missed my friend. But we rejoice, knowing that you opened your eyes today in the presence of The Father, and all your pain, all your sorrows and all your troubles were washed away. By now I'm sure you've probably caught up with JoeSam and Hagan. One might say you 3 have upgraded to the VIP section of the forum. Goodbye for now brother, rest easy. Till we meet again.

I'm stunned! I just opened the board and went to this thread like I have since he became ill and this is not what I expected. I fully expected him to get better and start posting soon. I've been waiting for him to come back and now there will be a hole here forever.....

He was one of the best men that I never met. I'm so sorry for his families loss and pray that they find strength to carry on. It's a sad day! A very sad day!

Our community is worse off for losing such a valuable member, but that is nothing compared to the loss his family and friends just suffered.
