That's the same point I've been trying to make. Draft picks are more important to weak rosters. Little chance, if any, that a third day pick would have a chance of making the roster. Just as good a chance to pickup UDFA's, instead.

Good point! My initial reaction was that we gave up a lot to get this guy, but he does seem to be a legit starter.
