I think they’re both declining. Lucky for them, their decline is better than most of the leagues peak. Injury is the concern for me when it comes to Brees. Gut feeling tells me we’ll see Jameis. The offense will be more explosive, but it might come with a rise in turnovers from Favre Jr.
