Here's a good one for all Americans....Police lives matter too. Attacking all cops is like attacking all blacks. Some absolutely deserve it but overall it's a small percentage that is the bad element.

Just like the black people aren't all thugs. Just the small percentage that just want to riot and loot or rob pregnant women at gunpoint. Yes! Floyd did that!

The problem is a lot of these ex-cons are well known by the police and always fight with the policemen. If I had to deal with that element I would develop an attitude real quick. I will work with someone who works to keep the problem from escalating. But if they don't, then I'm out of patience and they are going to the ground hard.

Yes, those people are a lot more respectable and well-mannered too. Also, they are smart.

You and those like you are the reason racism will persist. You don't think for yourself, but just follow what is deemed to be acceptable. Are there bad cops? Yes. Are there racist people? Absolutely. But here is the rub; people are allowed to be racist but are NOT entitled to use that against anyone to harm them or discriminate when it comes to employment.
Take this little piece of advice or don't, it matters little to me...
Try and think for yourself, do your research and don't accuse people of the very thing that you are doing, which is judging a group of people based on the actions of a few individuals.
That is in no way what was conveyed in my post. I'm not judging anyone. I am basing this off personal experience, history, and the age of technology. I had numerous run-ins with police in my younger days. I've changed a great deal in the last 20 years. I also have had 4 friends in my lifetime who were/are law enforcement. One eventually left and started his own business. He's told many stories over beers of things he's experienced. I don't need your advice. I'm well versed on the topic.
