I don't think you know what "hypocrisy" is. In order for e to be a hypocrite, my actions would have to my words. I'm not making sports political. The athletes have already done that. And when there is a discussion about that, sometimes I take part, sometimes I don't. If it's a topic that's relevant to me, I'm free to discuss as I wish. You can request the thread be moved to politics if it bothers you. That isn't my problem or my responsibility. This thread was about an article written about the Saints' destroying their team chemistry over politics. So if your little feelings can't take political discussion on this board, then you shouldn't have clicked on the thread after reading the headline. But you freely made the choice to enter.

Now, you'll just have to deal with it.

Speaking of being a hypocrite: "All of you just want to argue."... What do you think you're doing, pal? In reality, we were just discussing our opinions. When people like you show up, it becomes an argument. Because you're arguing. What's that saying? "It takes two to tango". If you don't like arguments then don't argue. Otherwise, you're a hypocrite.

And what I stated was more than an opinion. If you say patriotism is political, as if it's some divisive thing, then you're anti-American. Period. patriotism is about love of country. You don't have t love everything about your country. I certainly don't. But if you have a problem with patriotism, itself, then you hate your country. There's no grey in that area.

My fault for asking.

Yup. I worked in food service there actually for three summers. I forgot about that first year. Was only there for a month. I was a runner keeping the food stands stocked on the third floor the first year and changing out kegs. I was a floor walker (runner supervisor) on the third floor the next year and head floor walker year three. That final year (1980) was the first year of the Super Derby. Never came close to a horse then, but it was still interesting watching the people. Eddie Debartolo owned the track back then. He also owned the 49er's at the time. I now drive by that track all the time. Just about three miles up I-220 from our house. I saw an obituary from the man the ran the commissary (where all the food and beer was stocked) there in the Spring. He had to have been 90 when he died. I thought he was so old back then. LOL!

Sorry, but I never could moon walk. I've tried but can't get the moves down.

You can do anything you imagine, 'Guido. I'm sure you'll figure it out.

I've been lucky to experience a lot in my first 63 years, burning. Hope to experience much more in the next 63. I have always looked to expand my horizons. I've been working since I was 16 at one thing or another.
