That’s a stupid reason to suspend somebody. If you don’t have fights in practice your team is soft.

Eh... Payton’s the type to give players a lot of leeway in that regard. There has to be more to the story I think.

No ****. That was the point I was making. It happens on EVERY team. My guess is that they wanted to sit Thomas until after the bye so why not send everyone a message. You think that a possibility, rez?

IMO this is conditionally accepted in training camp (light fires!) not in regular season practice.

What team have you played for where no fights happened?

How we go from millennials being soft and crying about everything to people acting like a fight at practice is the worse thing to ever happen is beyond me.

Again, that's training camp fuel, not regular season stuff. Him getting suspended obviously shows Sean didn't think it was a good thing. When is the last time we had a disciplinary benching? I can't remember one, and it's our best offensive weapon? That should tell you something.
