If it’s not Dennis Allen and it is Sean Payton then it’s been my experience that if your boss is in your business, it’s because you aren’t handling it. Proven competency rarely sees interference.

If Dennis Allen took a job as a DC where he has no autonomy, then defense isn’t the only thing he is sh1tty at planning.
