Granted the offensive line has been spoiled by Brees quicker reads and releases, but for what the offensive line is being paid...

And for what's been invested in draft capital, wey've got to see better play...

But Sean has got to quit drawing up play variations on the sideline late in games...

Soo.... I think Hill is not going to be the answer. He is just plain bad at getting the ball out on time. It's been a issue every week for him and hasn't improved at all.

I hope drew comes back healthy for the playoffs.

We need to draft a QB this year.

Wow, they were clearly holding the DB on that Hurts run...

He had his first read open quick then it closed and Thomas came open, he didn't see him... He just doesn't look like a QB. I used to be a fan, but this game has shown me he isn't the guy.

Re: Saints @ Eagles Game Day Thread

Hill didn't lose this game alone... Complete team loss, but hill is a below average QB.

I didn’t say he was the guy, never have. The Peat side of the line allowed that strip sack.

People on these boards argue about that the future will be and they don’t have a clue what next Sunday will bring.

I hope someone asks coach why there were hardly any designed runs for Taysom

Ugh, I had a feeling with lsu winning we’d have a hard outing

Way too much respect for Hurts running the ball so they just let Sanders walk in basically

Armstead lack of effort cost the strip

I ‘think’ that has to do with injury risk. You know if Drew doesn’t come back and Taysom goes down because of a QB run Payton would get roasted for running him when we have secured a playoff birth.

Not saying it’s the way it should be, just how the river of stupidity flows sometimes.

I'm not a fan, Guido

Btw looks like the Saints are going to lose. The end of year SP collapse begins. 🤣

245 yards rushing allowed, including 2 100 yard rushers is, imho, the tale of the tape. That being said, there still is time left to win this game.

Yup that strip sack really put the Kibosh on us. Gonna be tough to pull this out.

Peat pulled and did fine on that Hill run. He’s just really inconsistent or doesn’t know the play book

TheOak 12-13-2020 06:15 PM

Re: Saints @ Eagles Game Day Thread

Not enough clock for this offense to pull this off unless the defense gets a turnover

Armstead focused on rapping more than blocking

jeanpierre 12-13-2020 06:17 PM

Re: Saints @ Eagles Game Day Thread

This is on the offensive line, Hill has his own line getting pushed into him on the snap...

Brees would've easily been re-injured behind this offensive line play...

Coach got in Taysoms head somehow has him afraid to tuck it and run
