this is a discussion within the Saints Community Forum; No way you are healed after 11 fractured ribs and a punctured lung AFTER 4 weeks. Brees playing against the Chiefs tells me it is his last year. I thought maybe we had some Saints magic in the tank but ...

11 rib fractures, not 11 fractured ribs. A single rib can have a fracture in more than one location. As for a collapsed lung, it is usually completely, 100% healed in two weeks time. It is absolutely 100% in four weeks. It was a relevant as the skinned knee he had at nine years old.
