Re: Watching Hurts and the Eagles play
That Kwon Alexander injury is huge. We need the offense to build on this past Friday when Thomas comes back. I’m staying positive about it for now.

Re: Watching Hurts and the Eagles play
Players, coaches, entire teams - they all have flat games. Saints seem to have at least one every season. Hopefully everyone got it out of their system vs Philly because there was not a man in that locker room without blame.
We'll absolutely miss Kwon but man are we a different run defense without Malcolm Brown! |

Re: Watching Hurts and the Eagles play
The defense really came to play when he joined the team. We weren't playing that well before which explains why we traded for him. Dang! I feel bad for him and his back up who is going to get exploited like Thor was before the trade and subsequent benching.

Re: Watching Hurts and the Eagles play
The Saints have a bit of history with Rookie and Back-up QB's, I would assume because there is not much tape on these guys to study.
From what I see the Defense has become pretty efficient although that injury to Kwon Alexander could be an issue. Now with Brees and some Receivers back the Offense appears to be back firing on all cylinders. Can't see Carolina getting in our way. |
