Tyler Wilson calls out Razorbacks

FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. – With a minute to go in a humiliating 52-0 rout, injured Arkansas quarterback Tyler Wilson turned to sports information director Zack Higbee on the sideline and said, "There are some things I need to say."

Did he ever.

Only seconds after head coach John L. Smith told the assembled media "it's easy to point fingers at someone else; that's the coward's way out," Wilson stormed into the press room, sat down behind a microphone and put his teammates on blast.

"Obviously that wasn't pretty to watch," said Wilson, his face red and his voice raised. "Sucks I couldn't be out there to do something about it. Do I feel that we, at times, gave up out there? Yeah, absolutely."

Wilson, who didn't play because of concussion symptoms, went on: "As a leader, it sucks to see people not do their jobs and to see things go wrong. There has been a lot of things go that way." Wilson continued for or a moment or two and then dropped his hands on the table, palms down, and said, "That's all I got."

Then he walked out.

Hard to quit when you never really got started, I guess. We should have beat them much worse than we did ... as bad as 52-0 looks, the game wasn't even that close.

I don't mind saying the Tide's got a good-looking team this season, frankly much better than I expected us to be ...

Arkansas is an embarrassment to the SEC.
AND today's loss, as well as last week's joke, couldn't happen to a more deserving and annoying fanbase.

Last year when their holier than thou coach wouldn't shake Les Miles hand because he "ran up the score," then got busted porking his graduate assistant was one of the laughing highlights of the offseason.

I really don't get this issue with running up the score in American sports.
If you are not good enough to stop a team putting a beating on you,tough get better and it won't happen.

he probably pandered to what all their fans felt: that Ar-Kansas quit the game.
Look, they hired an "interim coach" who was awarded a 10 month contract, the team is a hot mess and it's all because of Bobby Petrino.

Look I hate the Failclowns just as much as the rest of the NFL does, but seriously, what Patrino did to the Falcons and that organization was horrible. It showed his utter lack of respect for others, that he's a total azzhole, and that he deserves an end as bad as what he got - bust porking his graduate assistant idiot blonde. GREAT JOB PETRINO!!!!

I think Bama pulled their starters at the end of 3.

As a Bama fan I'm hoping these kids don't get over-confident and cocky. We have more than just LSU left to go and there are a lot of teams that can beat us if we start thinkingwe're better than we really are.
