I don't know what to say...

Until I see what the details of the injury are, I'll hope for best...

EDIT: Mike Triplett tweeted that he walked off the field under his own power, injury unknown

If you think its just coincidence or bad luck after 3 or 4 years of this happening you're smoking some really bad crap.

Something needs to be done with our strength and conditioning department. This has been a trend since day 1 of the Payton era and has to my knowledge never been looked into. These sports hernias for one thing are rediculous, and key players going down in practices are commonplace. I don't get it.
