The IRS defense

Between injuries and poor play, the IRS defense may be the only option we have for defense.

Ingram, Robinson and Spiller - AND LOTS OF THEM - to keep the 11 players on the opposite side of the practice field off the playing field as much as possible when the games count.

Re: The IRS defense

Too bad Ingram looked like he always has in short yardage situation. Can't find the hole, can't move the ball an inch. Some of that lies on the OLine getting ZERO push but it also falls squarely on Ingram who must think bouncing the play outside on 3rd and 1 is sacrilege even when all 11 defenders collapse on the inside.

He ran the ball 4 times in a preseason game. You should hold off judgement for a bit.

It's better than the POS defense we put on the field.

That in no way is Ingram's fault, our starters on the O line got absolutely man handled. The lineman were getting pushed 3 yards into the backfield and he had nowhere to go.

Re: The IRS defense

More like IR defense. For IRS we need Spiller to stay healthy. Dude always has minor injuries that make him "just another guy" on the filed.
