Will Les Miles Stay or Go?
As I understand it Miles don't fire people but encourage them to find a new job?Posted 01-15-2011 at 05:51 PM by Crusader -
Will Les Miles Stay or Go?
I think that's a good thing.
Rumor is Les Miles told him to take a hike, although he denies it...
LSU offensive coordinator Gary Crowton accepts job with Maryland | NOLA.com
Quote:Crowton insisted he was not fired or even asked to look for another job, despite media reports to the contrary. He came under fire from LSU fans for an offense that struggled throughout the season, particularly in the passing gamePosted 01-14-2011 at 07:58 PM by Halo -

Will Les Miles Stay or Go?
Good. I have been down on Miles myself at times when strange plays has been called o even stranger clock management decisions have bn made. However he is one of the best in the business. If LSU only can get the QB position solidified there will be another National championship.Posted 01-12-2011 at 06:01 AM by Crusader -

MILES STAYS AT LSU
Quote:BATON ROUGE -- LSU athletic director Joe Alleva says Les Miles is staying on as the university’s football coach, according to the university.
"I am pleased to announce that Les Miles will remain the head coach at LSU," Alleva told LSU Sports.net. "Les has led this program to many great successes on the field and his players represent LSU well off the field. We look forward to many great years of LSU football under his leadership."Posted 01-11-2011 at 07:31 PM by Halo -
Will Les Miles Stay or Go?
Here's the thing, LSU has now established itself as a Top 10 football team annually.
With local boys getting smart and staying instate: families can now participate, alumni can provide career networking, players can soak-in Fall Nights in Tiger Stadium.
That said, what coach wouldn't want to bring his gig to Tiger Stadium and its solid recruiting classes...
Miles leaves, bring in Chuckie...Posted 01-11-2011 at 07:10 PM by jeanpierre -
Will Les Miles Stay or Go?
I don't think LSU fans will miss him. If they do, they can only blame themselves. Only coach I've seen with such a high winning percentage who gets POUNDED by their fans... some of the criticisms of Miles are very much deserved... others exaggerated.Posted 01-10-2011 at 11:48 PM by Halo -

My concern with Wikileaks
I'm always baffled at how people so quickly assume that a man who becomes a target, deserves being put down, or even is a ludicrous person. I have issues with releasing documentation that may harm our citizens or even troops for that matter, however, truth is truth. Secrets are simply lies and if our world is going to become the greatness it was designed to become, secrets must be put into the light. If people die, people die. If I die, I'll be in a better place. If I live, I will make a better place. Regardless, if we could get past this point the finger mentality and simply get honest about our intentions and motives then this world would actually be great. Without honesty this world will always deteriorate to worse and worse conditions for humanity, and apathy will continue to increase as honesty declines. People on this blog obviously are both oblivious and are deceived by their own government in thinking that Julian Assange wants anarchy. You are the target of propaganda, you are the sheep, and you are the deceived that Revelations speaks of when stating the whole world would be deceived. There is no war that has ever been in 'our' best interest.Posted 01-06-2011 at 10:37 AM by Saint-Paul -
My concern with Wikileaks
Here, here, sf.
Look I am not saying everything about all governments are perfect. But there are some things that are potentially down right dangerous to citizens and residents of countries. Blunderbuss broadcasting of alleged ills within governments is one of them.
I am sure this guy (Julian Assange) will be a "winner" somehow; publicity / money - I hear he is publishing his autobiography. I, for one, is not interested at all.Posted 12-30-2010 at 06:24 PM by UK_WhoDat -

Wanna know what's funny? This ***** is now hacked off because he says somebody leaked a Swedish police report about his sexual offenses. I am laughing my mother ****ing ass off at this clown, and I am reminded that karma is real.

You get what you give.
Tit for Tat.
Karma.
Don't throw rocks in a glass house.
What goes around comes around.
You Reap what you sow.
Or for those Biblical among us:
Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap.
Oh Happy Day indeed.Posted 12-21-2010 at 02:52 PM by saintfan -

The Fifth Down
It might be workable if the requirement was changed to, say, 15 yards... but I say if it ain't broke don't fix it.Posted 12-21-2010 at 03:36 AM by CashAndFlash -

in all seriousness, Costa Rica isn't the paradise everybody pretends it to be... I've been there... every house, and I mean EVERY house, in San Jose is fully encased in burglar bars...yet crime is still rampant.... and if you think the US government is corrupt, try living in a Central American country... their murder rate as a country is roughly equivalent to that of the city of New Orleans.Posted 12-21-2010 at 03:14 AM by CashAndFlash -
