this is a discussion within the Everything Else Community Forum; I'm certainly no expert, but it seems he would have been convicted of war crimes and crimes against humanity. He would have been convicted and promptly hanged. He wouldn't have spent 25 years on death row and spent millions of ...

I'm certainly no expert, but it seems he would have been convicted of war crimes and crimes against humanity. He would have been convicted and promptly hanged. He wouldn't have spent 25 years on death row and spent millions of taxpayer money with an unending appeals process.
