... the guy did rig up lighting on the dig site, so he would be able to work at night and at odd hours should he have a day job ... and ... he may very well have a woman and this may just be his way of spending 'quality' time at home and avoiding the dreaded 'honey-do' list ... I mean, can you see it? ... "Not now, hon! I'm digging out the basement!" ...

... this guy just might be an evil genius,
